ABOUT ME

My name is Jeremy Bushong and for over 10 years I've been helping people make changes to their fitness and health in the Northwest Arkansas Area. I have a Master's Degree in exercise science from the University of Arkansas and I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength & Conditioning Association.

I've helped hundreds of people transform their fitness, health, and physique. Now I'm sharing with you everything I know about fitness and personal training.

You should know there is no "secret" to losing fat or building strength. There is no "One neat trick" to getting strong and lean.  All the information you need is already out there! The problem for most people is that there's TOO MUCH information scattered over fitness blogs, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram...it's overwhelming! 

 

This is why having a guide, a coach, a trainer, is invaluable. I show my clients the core concepts of why diets and exercise programs work. I help them (you) learn how to choose which exercises are right for you.
